art and fashion.  A cool, underground, edgy event with special effects and one-of-a-kind creations.

Imaginastic Face Painting :: CJ’s Body Art
Jeanette Benware, the owner of Imaginastic Face Painting and CJ’s Body Art, is based in Avon Lake, OH.  While she holds degrees in Computer Aided Drafting and English, she has desired to pursue artistic expression since a very young age.  Despite choosing a more conventional career path for herself, she managed to find her way back to her love of art by face painting for her children’s various school events 8 years ago. Volunteer face painting eventually led to high quality professional face painting and ultimately body painting.

Jeanette is currently a founding member and Programs Vice President for the North East Ohio Face Painters Guild, and has trained under many of the face & body painting industries masters to include Mark Reid, Pashur and Kristi Darby. Jeanette prides herself in her attention to detail and her commitment to not only encouraging continuous skills improvement in area painters, but also increasing North East Ohio’s awareness of face and body art as a true art form. Jeanette has had the pleasure of working for several Cleveland families and businesses to include The Cleveland Auto Show, Mapleside Farms, PC Campana and PLIDCO.

Elaborate Eyes

Amanda Destro is the owner and artist behind Elaborate Eyes Face & Body painting.  She is a born and raised Clevelander, having studied art, photography and graphic design over the years at Ohio schools.  Amanda has been a senior graphic designer for Pulsar Products for going on 6 years now, and has dabbled in several creative side projects ranging from mural painting, web design, photography and face painting.  Body painting is the newest and probably most challenging endeavor Amanda has taken on, but is also the most exciting!  She has spent many hours dreaming up designs for her painted models, and hopes you enjoy them as much as she does.  For more information about Amanda and Elaborate Eyes check out her website at www.ElaborateEyes.com
